Prepare the Package
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with all original documentation and certificates.
Secure Shipping
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
